How long does the process take?

Typically 6-8 weeks from filing to the Assessor's decision. Filing windows are approximately 30 days per township, with 4-5 opening each month.

Do I need a lawyer?

Not for Assessor-level appeals. If escalation to the Board of Review is warranted, we partner with licensed Illinois attorneys at no additional cost.

Which properties do you handle?

Cook County commercial properties: offices, retail, industrial, mixed-use, and other Class 5xx properties. Residential is not currently supported.
